Cameron James Professional Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Will & Estate Planner to join a thriving, independently owned financial services firm in Southend-on-Sea.

This opportunity offers a strong pipeline of warm leads from a busy mortgage and protection team writing over 50 new mortgage cases per month, creating exceptional high earnings potential.

Role Overview

As a Will & Estate Planner, you will deliver professional estate planning advice including wills, trusts, LPAs and inheritance tax planning to clients across Southend-on-Sea and surrounding Essex areas.

The role offers a hybrid working model with 2–3 days in the office and the remainder remote or client visits.

Responsibilities

* Conduct detailed client consultations

* Draft wills, trusts and estate planning documents

* Prepare LPAs and legal documentation

* Provide inheritance tax and asset protection advice

* Work alongside mortgage and protection advisors

* Deliver holistic estate planning solutions

Experience Required

* Proven experience in will writing or estate planning

* Knowledge of UK inheritance tax and trust planning

* Professional and consultative approach

* STEP/IPW qualifications advantageous

* Motivated by strong commission and high earnings
