Bridging & Development Finance Broker

You will source and close bridging and development finance deals. From knocking on doors (introducers, developers) through to completing contracts, your role spans the full lifecycle of finance deals. You’ll analyse projects, negotiate terms, collaborate with lenders, and push deals over the line with an eye for speed and detail.

What You’ll Do

• Generate new leads and build a strong pipeline in bridging and development finance
• Build and nurture relationships with developers, introducers and lenders
• Assess project viability including cash flow, risk and business plans
• Prepare offers, term sheets and proposals, and negotiate terms
• Drive applications through underwriting, valuation, legal and survey stages to completion
• Meet and exceed targets, delivering both revenue and deal volume

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in property finance broking, bridging or development funding, or similar high-value financial sales
• Track record of structuring and closing deals in this sector
• Strong financial analysis skills with the ability to assess risk, cash flow and project feasibility
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Self-motivated, target driven, resourceful and resilient
• Knowledge of the UK property market and regulatory environment is an advantage
