Location: Southend-on-Sea
A leading education institution in Southend-on-Sea seeks an enthusiastic Assistant to support home-educated learners in their academic journey. You will assist tutors, supervise students during breaks, and implement behavior policies to ensure a safe environment. Ideal candidates should have experience working with 14-16 year olds and possess strong communication and organizational skills. This is a term-time role offering approximately 21 hours per week on an hourly-paid basis.
