Position: Supply Primary School Teacher (with QTS)
Location: Southend-on-Sea

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Primary Supply Teachers to work across a range of schools in Southend-on-Sea. This role is ideal for qualified teachers looking for flexible work, work-life balance, or varied classroom experience.
You will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons, maintaining positive behaviour, and ensuring pupils continue to learn in the absence of their regular teacher.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver engaging and effective lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2

* Follow school policies and lesson plans

* Manage classroom behaviour positively

* Provide feedback to school staff where required

* Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment
Requirements

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

* Experience teaching in UK primary schools (preferred)

* Strong classroom management skills

* Flexible, adaptable, and professional approach

* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

* Right to work in the UK
