• Deliver engaging and accessible English lessons tailored to students with Special Educational Needs
• Work with pupils with needs such as ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties
• Plan and adapt lessons to suit individual learning styles and abilities
• Create a supportive, structured, and nurturing learning environment
• Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and SEN professionals
• Monitor progress and contribute to EHCP targets

• Experience working with children or young people with SEN (essential)
• Passionate about inclusive education and pupil wellbeing
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or unqualified with strong SEN experience
• Confidence in adapting curriculum and teaching strategies
• Calm, resilient, and able to build positive relationships
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
