Randstad Education is partnering with a supportive secondary school to find a dedicated professional who can bring algebra, geometry, and statistics to life for Key Stage 3 and 4 students.

As a QTS Maths Teacher, you will be responsible for fostering a positive learning environment where every student can excel. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Planning & Delivery: Creating engaging, differentiated lesson plans aligned with the National Curriculum.
• Assessment: Monitoring pupil progress through formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback.
• Engagement: Motivating students of all abilities to develop confidence in their mathematical skills.
• Collaboration: Working alongside a passionate department and supporting Teaching Assistants to ensure inclusive learning.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Essential for this role.
• Subject Expertise: A strong background in Mathematics with the ability to teach up to GCSE level.
• Classroom Management: Proven ability to maintain a productive and safe learning environment.
• Compliance: An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
