Position: Customer Service Manager - Lead a High-Performing Team
Location: Southend-on-Sea

A global sportswear brand is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead a dynamic team and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales Operations & Customer Service, you'll manage daily operations and have a major impact on service quality. Ideal candidates will possess strong leadership skills and analytical capabilities, with at least 3 years of relevant UK experience.
