About the Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, driven individual to join our project team as an Assistant Project Manager. You’ll be working on high‑end fit out schemes across London and the South East, supporting experienced Project Managers while developing the skills needed to run your own projects in the future.

This is an ideal role for someone who’s eager to learn, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and wants to build a long‑term career in project delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of high‑quality fit out projects

* Assisting with site management, subcontractor coordination, and progress reporting

* Helping to manage project documentation, programmes, and quality control

* Working closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution

Learning the full project lifecycle from pre‑construction through to handover

What We’re Looking For

* A degree in Construction Management (or similar built‑environment discipline)

* A genuine interest in project management and the fit out sector

* Strong communication, organisation, and problem‑solving skills

* A proactive mindset and willingness to get stuck in

* Based in Essex, with the ability to travel to project sites as required
