Sales Administrator
£25,000 – £30,000 per annum
Location: Southend Airport, Essex
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Contract: Permanent, full-time

Noble Recruiting is partnering with a growing and ambitious business based near Southend Airport, who are looking to appoint a Sales Administrator to support their busy sales function. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and confident sales-focused administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and dealing directly with customers.

• Processing customer orders via email, telephone, and the company website
• Producing and issuing product quotations
• Sending order confirmations and managing order documentation
• Allocating stock accurately for each order
• Liaising with internal departments to ensure orders are processed efficiently and on time
• Providing comprehensive administrative support to the sales team
• Assisting with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

• Previous experience in a Sales Administration or Administration role
• Confident and professional when speaking with customers
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Able to work collaboratively across different departments
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities
