Accounts Manager

Abbott & Cadger are proud to partner with a large, reputable accountancy firm to appoint an Accounts Manager based in Stevenage, Hertfordshire. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to oversee a diverse portfolio of financial accounts within a professional and supportive environment. The Accounts Manager will be responsible for delivering high-quality account management services, liaising closely with clients to understand their needs, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

The ideal candidate will bring broad experience in handling financial accounts, with a proven track record of managing substantial client portfolios. This role requires a proactive and organised individual with excellent communication skills, capable of working effectively across multiple offices within the Home Counties and London. Proven experience as an Accounts Manager or Client Manager, overseeing diverse financial accounts Demonstrable experience of managing a large portfolio of clients

Qualification:

ACA or ACCA preferred, but qualified by experience or alternative relevant qualifications will be considered Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships Good understanding of accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established firm known for its expertise and commitment to client service.
