Were hiring for an Assembly position with a focus on metal materials. This is a hands-on, entry-to-mid-level role that requires good attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and a strong work ethic. If youve worked with hand tools, blueprints, or in a metal shop before, thats a plusbut were willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assemble metal parts using tools, fixtures, and templates
• Solder components to customer specification and drawings
• Rework products
• Inspect and verify part quality and fit
• Follow instructions, blueprints, or work orders
• Maintain clean workstations and follow all safety guidelines
• Assist team members as needed to meet production goals

Compensation: Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.

Skills/

Qualifications:

• Experience with mechanical or metal assembly preferred
• Ability to use hand tools and basic measuring devices
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow detailed instructions
• High school diploma or equivalent
