We are seeking a strategic Senior Product Manager to lead a prominent medical portfolio for our client. Reporting directly to the Marketing Leadership, you will spearhead the lifecycle of our next-generation technology, ensuring our innovations reach the clinicians and patients who need them most.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Product Lifecycle: Drive the strategic roadmap for New Product Development (NPD) and New Product Introduction (NPI), from initial upstream concept to commercial execution.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Act as a primary marketing liaison for major industry collaborators (e.g., Olympus, Boston Scientific) to align on commercialization goals and market penetration.
  • Content & Digital Presence: Lead the evolution of the corporate medical website, generating high-impact technical content and sales tools that reflect our clinical value proposition.
  • Market Intelligence: Translate clinical research and customer insights into actionable marketing plans, focusing on stone and soft tissue management procedures.
  • Commercial Excellence: Design and execute global training programs for physicians and distributors, ensuring successful local launches and sustained product utilization.
  • Process Management: Oversee complex marketing workflows to ensure all materials meet regulatory standards and clinical accuracy.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant Scientific/Engineering field.
  • Industry

    Experience:

    8+ years of medical device marketing experience.
  • Upstream Mastery: Proven track record in upstream marketing, specifically in identifying unmet clinical needs and guiding R&D through the development process.
  • Global Perspective: Experience managing international product marketing or working with global distributors is a significant advantage.
  • Clinical Acumen: Familiarity with clinical trials and medical device regulatory pathways.
  • Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical data into clear, persuasive messaging for both formal presentations and digital media.
