We are seeking a qualified Ventilator Patient Specialist to join the Rotech team. This role manages a set number of ALS and/or Pediatric ventilation patients within a defined territory. The position pays between $36/hr – $42/hr in MA, plus bonus opportunity.

• Available for on-call assignments as needed; responsible for phone consultations during non-business hours.
• Maintains continuing education as required for licensure or certification.
• Maintains documentation of all services per Rotech policies.
• Maintains records and workspace in an organized, safe, clean, and neat fashion.
• Maintains up-to-date licensure per state law.
• Supports orientation and training of other personnel.
• Patient assessment and education.
• Sets up highly technical respiratory equipment and monitors ongoing function.

• Background investigation & drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

• Accredited respiratory care program or RN acceptable.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) preferred.
• Home respiratory care experience preferred.
• Must be licensed in primary state and provide copy of license.
• Pediatric and/or ALS ventilation experience required.

• Problem solving and effective communication in English.
• Knowledge of DME or HME.
• Multi-task and attention to detail.

• Lift and carry office equipment occasionally.
• Require close vision to small print on computer.
• Compliance with Rotech Respiratory Protection policy.
