We're seeking a Registered Nurse for our Home Health team. This 13
• week contract role requires a 40
• hour work week, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver home
• based patient care.

• Adapt to float requirements as needed.

• Maintain professional certifications.

Requirements:

• Valid MA Nursing License.

• 2 years of Home Health RN experience.

• BLS Certification.

• Familiarity with OASIS and HCHB preferred.

• Ability to wear any color scrubs.

• PPE will be provided.

This role doesn't require on
• call duties or COVID
• 19 vaccination. Work location is Southborough, MA with varying home care locations. Orientation will be at our Southborough office.
