Forklift Pipeline

Adecco is seeking experienced Forklift Operators in Southaven, MS for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and organized professional who thrives in inventory control, picking, shipping, receiving, order tracking, and general warehouse operations.

* Key Responsibilities:

*
* + Operate warehouse equipment to support daily operations, including inventory movement and order fulfillment

+ Accurately pick, pack, ship, and receive materials

+ Track orders and maintain precise inventory records using WMS and RF scanners

+ Process returns and investigate inventory discrepancies

+ Support receiving and distribution teams to ensure timely and accurate material flow

+ Follow all safety guidelines, policies, and procedures

+ Maintain a clean and organized work environment

** Requirements:*
* + Previous warehouse and inventory experience required

+ Ability to operate  
** all three types of lifts:
Reach Trucks, Order Pickers, and Sit-Down Forklifts*
* + Experience using RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

** Pay Details:**  $17.50 to $20.00 per hour
