Position: Dual Store Manager

As a Dual Store Manager, you’ll oversee two retail locations, providing hands-on leadership to both store teams and direct oversight of Assistant Managers and keyholders across locations. This role ensures consistent service delivery, operational excellence, and strong teamwork through the Crocs and HEYDUDE consumer models. You will balance strategic leadership with in-store presence, driving sales, developing talent, and maintaining operational standards.

This role blends the daily accountability of a Store Manager with select multi-unit responsibilities typically found in an Area Manager role, which makes it ideal for high-growth markets or leaders preparing for expanded multi-unit oversight.

What Youill Do
  • Empower teams to deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our C.H.A.R.M and V.I.B.E.S service models
  • Actively champion a positive team culture across both locations by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns, while consistently demonstrating the core values of Crocs, Inc.
  • Own and lead all daily retail operations, driving team accountability for delivering exceptional consumer service, accurate POS management, organized stock rooms with timely replenishment, precise pricing and markdown execution, loyalty program growth, and consistent store cleanliness and recovery standards across both locations
  • Drive recruitment and staffing efforts for both locations to ensure consistent store coverage throughout the year, including anticipating seasonal needs and fostering a high-performing, retention-focused team culture
  • Provide consistent feedback, coaching, and performance management for Assistant Managers and high-potential team members to ensure growth, engagement, and readiness for advancement
  • Coordinate, delegate, and prioritize tasks to maintain smooth store operations, ensuring timely follow-up and completion of daily responsibilities across both locations
  • Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about current product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives. Lead trainings with store teams to ensure they are prepared to share this knowledge with consumers to elevate their experience and connection with Crocs
  • Use labor management tools to optimize scheduling across both locations
  • Analyze sales trends and performance data to identify opportunities
  • Meet or exceed sales, conversion, payroll, and profitability goals for both locations
  • Adhere to all Crocs policies, including Asset Protection procedures, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives
What Youill Bring to the Table
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • 4+ years of retail experience, including Store Manager experience; multi-unit experience preferred
  • Flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours, with regular attendance and punctuality essential functions of the position. Must be able to travel between two stores.
  • Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to analyze operations and performance
  • Proven track record inspiring and empowering teams while driving performance and achieving results
  • Demonstrates exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with store teams, field leaders, and corporate partners
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record may be required if driving is an essential job function
