• Drive store sales by personally selling to customers.
• Proactively engage with customers, reading cues and responding effectively.
• Provide customers with the perfect bra fit by asking relevant questions.
• Convert returns, offers, and other promotions into larger sales.

• Deliver a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing transactions accurately.
• Reinforce customers’ buying decisions at checkout and encourage additional purchases.
• Recover cash wrap selling zones and manage go‑backs.

• Process merchandise for floor readiness and maintain back room and under supply to brand standards.
• Replenish merchandise to brand standards, ensuring product placement on the sales floor.
• Assist with projects such as markdowns, re‑tickets, and handling out‑of‑stock items.

• Execute floorset proficiently.
• Adhere to brand standards.
• Assist with back‑room and under supply maintenance.

• Drive top‑line store sales results and grow the business.
• Maintain focus on bras as the premier product differentiator.
• Prepare for each shift knowing sales, promotions, and procedures.
• Recover and replenish merchandise.
• Understand visual merchandising standards.
• Assist in housekeeping and report maintenance issues.

• Minimum Salary: $12.00 / hour
• Maximum Salary: $14.25 / hour
