Join the Krystal Restaurants team as a Shift Lead. This entry‑mid level position supports daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company standards in product preparation, customer service, facilities maintenance, and financial accountability. You’ll build a high performing team, drive customer satisfaction, and keep the restaurant profitable.

• Execute the Performance Management process to set employees up for success and hold them accountable.
• Lead a customer‑focused culture by resolving issues and coaching staff to exceed service standards.
• Maintain food safety standards and operational procedures through direct observation during shifts.
• Partner with management on restaurant‑level plans, marketing initiatives, and sales goals.
• Manage cash, security, inventory, labor, and food control procedures to close gaps and protect profitability.

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Servsafe certification required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred with at least one year of restaurant experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software.
• Flexible schedule availability (days, nights, overnights, weekends).
• Possible travel to other locations for meetings or business purposes.
