Shift Lead – Krystal Restaurants LLC
Join the Krystal Restaurants team as a Shift Lead. This entry‑mid level position supports daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company standards in product preparation, customer service, facilities maintenance, and financial accountability. You’ll build a high performing team, drive customer satisfaction, and keep the restaurant profitable.
Job Responsibilities- Model Krystal Core Values and support management in recruiting, training, and recognizing A+ talent.
- Execute the Performance Management process to set employees up for success and hold them accountable.
- Lead a customer‑focused culture by resolving issues and coaching staff to exceed service standards.
- Maintain food safety standards and operational procedures through direct observation during shifts.
- Partner with management on restaurant‑level plans, marketing initiatives, and sales goals.
- Manage cash, security, inventory, labor, and food control procedures to close gaps and protect profitability.
- Minimum 21 years of age.
- Servsafe certification required.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred with at least one year of restaurant experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software.
- Flexible schedule availability (days, nights, overnights, weekends).
- Possible travel to other locations for meetings or business purposes.
