Job Summary
Medline Industries has an immediate opening for a Loaner Operator, based out of our Southaven, MS location! The Loaner Operator will operate the sterilizer machine and perform sterilization related duties. This person will support returned receipts, inventory records, inspection, kit replenishment, and decontamination.
Job Description Responsibilities- Operate sterilization machine to decontaminate product and/or material.
- Review sterilization cycle for successful completion. Identify nonconforming product through post sterilization sampling.
- Create sterilization control documentation and standard operating procedures. Complete other paperwork as required.
- Operate powered material handling equipment to stage, organize, load and remove material.
- Perform inspections on instruments and implants returned from customers.
- Prepares and maintains records of devices shipped. Review customer orders, examines, stocks, and assist in device distribution.
- Maintain and compile records associated with ordering, receiving, storing issuing, and shipping materials, supplies, and equipment.
- Verifies inventory computations, adjusted errors, and reports documenting reason for discrepancies with proposed corrective action.
- Participates in investigations to determined root cause of misdirected shipments, damage, or shortages in shipments.
Job Requirements Education
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 2 years’ experience in distribution, warehousing, or manufacturing.
- Experience operating warehouse machinery.
- Ability to speak, read, and write English with proficiency. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
- Intermediate computer skills to document inventory and ability to use various software tools.
- Basic math and problem solving abilities
- Experience using WMS and/or ERP System including SAP.
- Experience with Microsoft Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$18.50 - $26.75 Hourly
The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
