We’re hiring an Industrial Maintenance Tech
- Packaging to support a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment producing high-volume consumer products. In this role, you’ll keep high-speed packaging and liquid filling lines running safely and efficiently by performing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic maintenance. This team is known for low overtime expectations, great work-life balance, and a tight-knit culture where everyone contributes.

- Packaging Daily Tasks:
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on packaging and liquid filling equipment (filling, capping, labeling, conveyors).
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic failures, identifying root causes and implementing effective repairs.
- Work with basic electrical systems—including DC controls and 120/208/480V—when diagnosing equipment issues.
- Use blueprints, schematics, and manuals to guide repairs and equipment adjustments.
- Document work orders, parts used, and corrective actions in a CMMS.
- Collaborate with maintenance planning and parts coordination teams to reduce downtime and ensure parts availability.
- Follow all safety standards and support continuous improvement activities.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- 3+ years industrial maintenance experience in a high-speed packaging or manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with liquid filling equipment strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of basic electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and machine shop tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment documentation.
- Basic computer skills (CMMS, MS Office).
- High School Diploma required; industrial maintenance or electrical certifications are a plus.
