* Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive production schedules to meet customer demands and business objectives

• Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and resources

• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes in priorities or capacity

• Analyze production data and metrics to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement

• Communicate schedule changes and production updates to relevant stakeholders across departments

• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to manage order fulfillment timelines and expectations

• Maintain accurate inventory records and forecast material requirements for upcoming production runs

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and planning systems

• Generate reports on production performance, capacity utilization, and delivery metrics

• Support new product launches by coordinating production trials and ramp-up activities

* Skills Required:

* • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience

• 2-4 years of experience in production planning, manufacturing, or supply chain coordination

• Strong proficiency with ERP systems and production planning software

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions

• Outstanding organizational abilities and attention to detail

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to collaborate across teams

• Proven problem-solving capabilities and ability to work under pressure

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications

• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to changing business needs
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $30.00 - $30.00 Per Hour
