• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer license or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• 6 - 10 years of engineering experience in land development design for a wide variety of projects.
• Experience with various project types including private, municipal, recreational, and educational projects.

• Strong leadership skills.
• Exceptional communication (oral, written, listening), organization, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience effectively managing and mentoring other employees.
• Knowledgeable of plan requirements and details necessary for construction plan submittals to local agencies for permitting and approvals.
• Knowledge of disciplines involving site development, including coordination with civil engineering, landscaping, and architectural teams.
• Experience working with local agencies to gain project approvals.
• Aptitude to learn new tasks and work toward organizational goals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing a variety of projects.
• Strong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet client deadlines.

Senior CAD Designer: Bring your expertise to critical projects with a compensation of $65,000 - $90,000 plus bonus.

• Experience in Civil 3D in infrastructure design or land development industries.
• Proficiency with Blue Beam and Site Ops is desired.
• Desired design experience includes proficiency in creating and working with TINS and 3D surfaces along with grading, drainage, water, sewer, and roadway plans.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while handling a variety of projects.
• Excellent communication (oral, written, listening), organization, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
