Estimator Project Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator / Project Manager to oversee the full cycle of the preconstruction phase for diverse projects. In this role, you will collaborate with the Estimating Director to deliver accurate project estimates, proposals, and contracts on time, while ensuring alignment with company standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define contract scopes and analyze project plans and documentation to estimate costs accurately
• Research, source, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing
• Assess financial, technical, and operational risks associated with projects
• Monitor factors that impact costs, including productivity rates and market variables
• Conduct site visits to gather essential project information
• Stay current with emerging construction technologies and regulatory requirements
• Contribute to strategic decisions regarding project bidding opportunities
• Collaborate closely with project teams, including bid managers, and liaise with clients and suppliers
• Prepare detailed reports and maintain accurate project documentation
• Develop proposals and line-item estimates for bonded and government-funded projects
• Foster strong client relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in estimating and project management in construction or related fields
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and construction technologies
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Experience with bonded and government-funded projects preferred
