Pay Range:
Competitive pay based on experience and certifications (flat rate or hourly DOE)

We are a brand newKia dealership located in the fast-growing city of Southaven, Mississippi. Our dealership features a newly constructed facility, state-of-the-art equipment, and a clean, modern service department designed with technician comfort in mind...warm in the winter, cool in the summer.

As we build our team from the ground up, we’re looking for experienced technicians who want to grow with a dealership that values quality work, professionalism, and long-term careers.

Looking for:

• Master Technicians
• A-Level Technicians
• B-Level Technicians
• C-Level Technicians
• Express / Maintenance Technicians

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair vehicles in accordance with manufacturer standards
• Perform maintenance and repair services
• Use diagnostic tools and service information systems
• Accurately document diagnostics, repairs, and recommended services
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and management
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow all dealership safety procedures and factory guidelines
• Stay current with training, technology, and repair procedures

• 3+ years of professional automotive repair experience (preferred)
• Kia/Hyundai/Genesis experience a plus, but not required
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
• ASE certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Own tools required (specialty tools and diagnostic equipment provided)
