Hours:

Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 17:00pm (Hybrid)

About the Role:

As a Customs Coordinator, you’ll gain hands‑on experience managing customs declarations across sea, air, and road freight. You’ll work closely with the operations team to ensure shipments are compliant, efficiently processed, and delivered on time. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from an experienced team while contributing to the smooth running of a fast‑paced logistics business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and managing customs documentation for imports and exports
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and procedures
  • Liaising with clients, carriers, and government authorities
  • Supporting the operations team in daily logistics processes
  • Continually developing your knowledge of customs processes and trade regulations
What We’re Looking For:
  • Genuine interest in international logistics and freight forwarding
  • Attention to detail, organisation, and problem‑solving skills
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
  • Previous customs experience is a plus but not essential – we’re happy to train motivated candidates
