Warehouse Assistant​/Delivery Driver

Established in the mid 70’ we are a leading manufacturer of power & electrical equipment, with customers throughout the UK and worldwide. From supplying the UK’s largest property developers, F1 teams to the film industry and music festivals, you will be working with a diverse and dynamic range of customers.

• Work in a safe manner and comply with Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental policies.
• Must be a team player with a genuine enthusiasm to make a contribution to the company and staff.
• Deal with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Good numeracy and IT skills.
• Ability to plan and organise work.
• Ability to accurately complete paperwork and count stock items.
• Flexible approach to duties and tasks.
• Ability to lift heavy items.
• Full UK Driving Licence essential.
• Forklift Licence Preferable although training can be provided.
• Previous experience of warehouse work preferred, though full training will be provided.

• Take delivery of goods and supplies.
• Check for damaged or missing items.
• Store goods appropriately.
• Pick and pack orders for dispatch.
• Move stock around either by hand, using lifting equipment or a forklift truck.
• Load goods for dispatch onto external carriers.
• Carry out stock counts as/when required.
• Deliveries/collections to/from our customers/suppliers when required.

The position is 08:00-16:30 (37.5 Hours), Monday to Friday with no evening, weekend or bank holiday working!!
