Operations Support Agent

Position Summary

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team of Operation Support Agents at GBJ Fed Ex Express UK Transportation Limited. The role involves ensuring customers’ urgent packages get to the right place on time and providing excellent customer service.

• Ensure that customers’ urgent packages arrive on time.
• Answer incoming calls related to shipment collection requests and delivery inquiries.
• Investigate failed shipments, deliveries or collections and re‑allocate deliveries for the next day.
• Enter data into the in‑house tracking system.
• Run clear communication and collaboration with the team, manager and other operations stations.
• Adhere to Fed Ex processes, procedures, controls and regulatory requirements.

• Good communication and social skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with strict timelines.
• Ability to manage own time effectively with attention to detail.
