About the role:We are looking for an organised and enthusiastic Associate Producer to join Kinetic Games and support the continued development of Phasmophobia. As an Associate Producer, you will work with our production team and stakeholders across the development team.
Supporting the day-to-day management of tasks and the project across the team, you will be an integral part of coordination and communication across the game’s development.
This role is hybrid based at our offices in Southampton. At this time, we are unable to provide visa sponsorship. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK. Your responsibilities will include:- Collaborate with departmental stakeholders to ensure work is being tracked, and helping ensure, track and report on the workload within the project timeline framework.
- Facilitate communication where required between development teams to ensure Production are supporting the flow of information to prevent blockers or dependency issues.
- Support Production in the delivery of project goals, helping to identify any risks or challenges that could prevent delivery.
- Facilitate meetings to help plan project work and ensure any new work is tracked and reported as needed.
- Taking responsibility for features or areas of development on the project.
- Tracking project progression and raising any risks or concerns with the relevant teams.
- Minimum 1 year of industry experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Confident communicator both in writing and verbally
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile and Waterfall)
- Experience of using JIRA or similar a strong plus
- At least a year of game development experience
- Knowledge of the games industry

The pay range for this role is:
28,000 - 32,000 GBP per year (Hybrid (Southampton, England, GB))
