Job Responsibilities- Design and implement production‑grade AI/ML systems for document analysis, transaction analytics, and audit automation
- Build and deploy models using Azure AI services and Databricks platforms
- Partner with our platform development team on AI integration patterns and Databricks architecture
- Contribute technical expertise to AI governance frameworks and quality assurance processes
- Collaborate with audit teams to translate business requirements into working AI solutions
- Proven experience in ML engineering and production AI system development
- Strong hands‑on Python programming skills and experience with AI/ML frameworks such as Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, and Lang Chain
- Experience with MLOps practices and deploying models to production
- Strong understanding of NLP, computer vision, and generative AI technologies
- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions
