An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and organised individual to join our Southampton Reablement Service on a permanent basis as a full time Resource Coordinator.

As a Resource Coordinator you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high‑quality, responsive care by ensuring effective resourcing service of reablement services. You’ll be part of a team that works collaboratively across directorates and with partner agencies to achieve the best outcomes for adults with care and support needs.
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will- Have excellent level of IT literacy and be able to use a range of digital media platforms and application including MS Office.

- Be able to work on own initiative and demonstrate creativity and innovation in problem solving.
- Work cooperatively and effectively with others and as a team.
- Can work effectively and accurately under pressure.

This role includes weekends, early mornings and evenings. Resource coordinators cover 7am‑7pm 7 days a week on a rota.

The salary band for this role is £26,402 - £28,207. The starting salary is £26,402 with annual progression through the salary bands.
