Air Conditioning Engineer
£36k-£45k (depending on experience)
Company based in Hampshire
My client is building a reputation across Hampshire for high standards, clean installations, and engineers who take real pride in their work. They are not trying to be the biggest company in the industry (yet) – but they are focused on being one of the best teams to work with and to work for.
This role is suited to an engineer who is confident working across a wide range of systems, from residential wall‑mounted and ducted installations through to larger commercial multi‑split and VRF systems. You’ll be joining a tight‑knit team of engineers who work hard, support each other, and take real ownership of the work they produce. They expect a strong work ethic, a professional attitude on site, and pride in doing the job properly.
At the same time, my client ensures the environment is right, with good team culture, respect for the trade, and opportunities to grow within the company. As an experienced engineer within the team, you will also work alongside my client’s junior engineers and assistants, helping guide them while they assist you on installations and service work. For the right person there is clear progression available into a Foreman / Lead Engineer role, taking ownership of larger installations and helping shape the future of the team as the company continues to grow.
If you’re someone who takes pride in your work, wants to be part of a strong team, and enjoys building systems properly, you’ll fit in well at my client.
