Experienced and safety-conscious Dumper and Ride‑On Roller Operator with hands‑on experience in groundwork projects. Fully ticketed, reliable, and confident working to tight deadlines while maintaining high health & safety standards.

• Forward Tipping Dumper (CPCS/NPORS)
• Ride‑On Roller (CPCS/NPORS)
• CAT & Genny Trained (Cable Avoidance Tool & Signal Generator)
• CSCS Card Holder
• Full PPE & Site Ready

• Operating forward tipping dumpers safely and efficiently on busy construction sites
• Operating ride‑on rollers for trench work, back filling, and finishing works
• Carrying out pre‑start checks and routine machine inspections
• Identifying underground services using CAT & Genny before excavation
• Assisting with drainage, foundations, kerbing, and general groundworks
• Working alongside site managers, ground workers, and plant teams
• Adhering strictly to RAMS and Health & Safety regulations
• Maintaining clean and organised work areas

• Strong understanding of site safety procedures
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, punctual, and hard‑working
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Flexible with hours and willing to travel
