This is a full-time, on-site Carpenter position located in Southampton. The Carpenter will be responsible for performing all aspects of carpentry work, including cutting, shaping, and installing wood components such as frameworks, doors, and cabinetry. Tasks will involve using hand and power tools, measuring and assembling materials, and ensuring a high standard of finish carpentry on all projects. The role requires collaboration with other team members to complete maintenance and building projects on time while adhering to quality standards.

• Proficiency in basic and advanced Carpentry and Finish Carpentry skills
• Familiarity with using Power Tools and Hand Tools effectively and safely
• Experience with Framing, including measuring and assembling materials with precision
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in an on-site environment
• Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor as required
• Relevant qualifications, certifications, or apprenticeships in carpentry are a plus
