Overview
CCR Recruitment are looking for a Painting & Decorating Supervisor for a 9‑month assignment in Southampton, very close to the train station.
This role is with a leading finishing sub‑contractor working on a large construction project until November 2026.
Responsibilities- Hold a valid SSSTS or SMSTS certificate and be on site five days a week.
- Lead the finishing team, driving the project forward.
- Work closely with the Main Contractor.
- Provide weekly status updates to the Director.
- Maintain Health & Safety as a top priority.
- Proven finishing background, ideally in Painting & Decorating.
- Previous experience as a Supervisor with a record of managing a team.
