Skilled Fitters Airbus Assembly

We are currently recruiting experienced and capable Fitters to join our team supporting A350 Panel Assembly and Outer False Works. These roles would suit highly motivated individuals with strong engineering fundamentals and a willingness to learn.

Hours:

Earlies: 06:00-14:15 (Mon-Thu) / 06:00-12:00 (Fri)
Lates: 14:15-22:30 (Mon-Thu) / 12:00-18:00 (Fri)

Rates
Earlies: £30.56 UMB (£22.23 PAYE + holiday)
Lates: £35.66 UMB (£25.94 PAYE + holiday)

A350 Panels - Skilled Fitter ( 1 Earlies )

We're looking for a skilled and competent Fitter with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.

Permaswage
Hydraulic pipework
Bracket orientation
Pipe fitting
Hydraulics
Ability to confidently read and interpret engineering drawings (most important requirement)
While previous Aerospace experience is beneficial, the team are happy to train the right person.
Ideal candidates will have:

A completed engineering apprenticeship
A strong willingness to learn and develop
A solid set of existing practical skills, including Structural fitting
The right attitude to pick things up quickly and adapt on the job

Outer False Works - Skilled Fitter (: 1 Earlies, 1 Lates)

We're looking for Fitters with strong precision engineering experience, ideally in:

Precision fitting
Drilling
Countersinking
Sealants
COSHH awareness
Experience working with jigs and fixtures

As this is a very specific area, the team are again open to training someone with a strong engineering background.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate:

High standards of workmanship
The ability to learn, take notes, and avoid repeated mistakes
A methodical and reliable approach to engineering tasks

Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK adhering to ITAR restrictions.

Successful candidates will need to undergo baseline security clearance
