Plumber

Location: Nursling

Berry Recruitment is offering a fantastic opportunity for 2 x Plumbers to join our team, working with Southampton City Council. This 3-month contract has the potential for full-time employment for the right candidates.

The Role:

Working in Bassett, Lordshill, Shirley, and the City Centre

Hours:

7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday
PAYE direct with Berry Recruitment - including holiday pay
Carrying out property maintenance
Working within the Housing Operations team, liaising with residents and colleagues
You will be provided with a van, uniform and PPE also issued power tools and equipment

What We're Looking For:

Qualified Plumber with experience in property maintenance
Current full UK driving license to drive vehicles throughout the City
To have served a recognised apprenticeship to a Level 2 - 3 qualification in Plumbing or equivalent with 3 years' experience of working in the domestic, commercial construction & maintenance environment
Ability to carry out small works in other trades
Confident, self-motivated, and customer-focused
Strong understanding of the construction industry
