An exciting and varied role for an Electrical Engineer based in Hampshire and the North East of England, has arisen to undertake mobile electrical maintenance works to a high quality with a customer orientated focus. Overall responsibility for carrying out various work efficiently and effectively, works include wide variety from re-lamping, fault finding, installation of consumer units, socket replacement etc.
responsibilities
- Undertake emergency callouts; quote request surveys.
- Perform electrical fault-finding, repairs, and assembly.
- Use PDA, login to portals and log off correctly, in line with company procedures.
- Supply the SEE Services estimating team with quote information requests by deadlines required.
- Carry out relevant NICEIC electrical tests, mostly minor works certificates on the tablets.
- Deliver M&E and minor works i.e., general lighting, power, data, small-scale fire alarm works, fault finding.
- Mostly work alone but may pair with another engineer depending on works and business requirements.
- Ensure photos are taken before and after repairs, in line with company procedures.
- Complete work sheets on site, following operations standard.
- Upload all documentation to each job (Job Docs) in a timely fashion, at the latest after completing the job.
- Undertake call-out as required when on duty on the call-out rota.
- Ensure the highest standards and competencies are delivered and demonstrated for all works undertaken.
- Contribute to the delivery of quality service, aiming for 100% customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical support, advice, and guidance to the client and team as required; ensure duties are carried out in line with all company policies and procedures and requirements.
- Ensure you follow Health and Safety policies and requirements.
- Be a good team player but also able to work on own initiative.

Full-time, Permanent
- Company van supplied with fuel card.
- Full training will be given in using the PDA.
