Plumber Multi

Plumber Multi required in Southamtpon, Hampshire

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Plumber / Multi-Trade Operative, covering Hampshire and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will carry out plumbing works alongside general multi-trade maintenance and repairs across domestic and/or commercial properties.
This role is ideal for an experienced tradesperson who takes pride in their work, delivers excellent customer service, and can work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
⦁ Carry out a wide range of plumbing works, including:
⦁ First and second fix plumbing
⦁ Fault finding and repairs
⦁ Bathroom and kitchen installations
⦁ Pipework, leaks, and drainage issues
⦁ Undertake multi-trade tasks, such as:
⦁ Basic carpentry
⦁ Plaster patching and making good
⦁ Tiling
⦁ Painting and decorating
⦁ Minor electrical awareness (non-certifiable tasks only)
⦁ Work on reactive maintenance, planned works, and refurbishments
⦁ Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety regulations
⦁ Communicate effectively with customers, supervisors, and office staff
⦁ Accurately complete job reports and paperwork
⦁ Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle (if provided)

Requirements
⦁ Proven experience as a Plumber, with strong multi-trade skills
⦁ Relevant plumbing qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent)
⦁ Full UK driving licence
⦁ Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
⦁ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
⦁ Good customer service and communication skills
⦁ Own tools preferred (company tools/vehicle may be provided depending on role)
