We’re recruiting on behalf of a long established, nationwide furniture restoration business operating in both domestic and commercial sectors. This field‑based role will have you as the face of the business in customers' homes, delivering high‑quality repairs, clear inspection/liability reporting, and top‑tier customer service to new and existing customers.
Package and benefits (Employed):
- Up to £30,000 salary + £34,000 OTE (employed)

Self‑employed option: £45,000 package.
ResponsibilitiesYou won’t be thrown in the deep end. Full training is provided at the West Midlands HQ with hotel and travel covered. The dedicated training centre and experienced managers close any skill gaps so you can work independently. You’ll also have access to head-based Technician Managers for technical support whenever needed.
Requirements- Strong experience in upholstery and/or furniture repair (upholstery preferred).
- Full UK driving licence (required).
- Professional, customer‑facing mindset – calm, tidy, reliable, and confident communicating in a home environment.
- High standards on workmanship and written reporting.
Field‑based / on the road (postcode‑area scheduling).
