Overview
A hands‑on maintenance role responsible for ensuring student accommodation in Southampton is safe, compliant, and well maintained.
KeyDuties & Responsibilities
- Carry out reactive and planned maintenance works
- Complete basic plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
- Inspect rooms and communal areas
- Log and close maintenance jobs within agreed timescales
- Support contractors attending site
- Ensure health & safety compliance at all times
- Maintain tools, equipment, and stock
- Proven maintenance or facilities experience
- Multi‑skilled background desirable
- Good health & safety awareness
- Able to work independently and manage workload

Salary£12.50 per hour
