Role Multi Trade (Wet trades)
Salary £37,000 into hourly rate – temp – perm or straight perm
Location Eastleigh & Surrounding Area’s
Environment Housing Maintenance
The CompanyHousing Maintenance Specialist, carrying out repairs and maintenance in a professional manner. Contracts are mainly in and around the Eastleigh area. This particular contract is within empty homes (Void properties). 75% of the work is wet trade biased :
Painting & Decorating, Plastering etc.
- Multi Trade construction & maintenance
- Receive & complete works via PDA device
- Work safely in accordance with H&S
- Painting & Decorating
- Plastering
- Wallpapering
- Some Carpentry works
- Relevant industry qualifications (NVQ, CSCS)
- Full UK Drivers License
- Social Housing experience preferred
- If you go permanent you will receive 26 Days annual leave Bank Holidays
