About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Painter/Decorator to join our property maintenance team. You will deliver high-quality painting and decorating services across multiple sites, carrying out repairs, maintenance, and improvement work. This is a hands-on role, working directly with customers and ensuring a professional and efficient service.
You will also have the opportunity to work across other trade disciplines, including plastering, tiling, minor carpentry, and brickwork, helping to complete jobs efficiently in a single visit wherever possible.

Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality painting and decorating services.
Undertake additional tasks such as plastering, tiling, carpentry, minor brickwork, radiator installation, and glazing.
Estimate time and materials required for jobs and plan work to minimise waste.
Communicate professionally with customers, keeping them informed of progress.
Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment in good condition.
Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.
Leave properties clean, tidy, and safe at the end of each job.
What We’re Looking For

Essential:
Level 3 Painting and Decorating qualification (or equivalent) with at least 3 years’ experience.
Experience working in domestic and commercial property maintenance.
Ability to work across multiple trades (plastering, tiling, carpentry, minor brickwork).
Full UK driving licence.
Physically fit, able to work at heights and lift heavy materials.
Good hand skills, attention to detail, and ability to problem-solve efficiently.
Strong communication skills and customer-focused attitude.
Desirable:
Experience mentoring apprentices or trainees.
Familiarity with property maintenance tools, equipment, and IT systems.
