- To carry out repairs to vehicles using best practice techniques, incorporating BMW approved repair methods and guidelines
- To repair vehicles in line with manufacturers' repair instructions
- Efficiently diagnose faults and working within set manufacturers repair time
- To ensure correct clocking's on jobs
