About the role:Sales Representative Dorset Reporting into Regional Sales Manager Maximise sales opportunities in the marketplace, generating leads, cultivating relationships with potential customers. Identifying and pursuing lucrative opportunities that align with potential clients needs, closing sale to meet and exceed revenue targets whilst building and maintaining, positive business and customer relationships. Contribute to the overall offering of a service that is second to none and a comprehensive package of sales support, marketing, merchandising, and promotions designed to assist our customers to sell to theirs Youll have a positive outlook that will help you thrive in the achievement of the following daily responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth within your designated region, promoting products/services to existing and prospective customers, whilst adhering to set price margins, to increase overall sales value.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships with a diverse customer base, through regular visits and communication, to provide effective solutions.
- Manage multiple accounts simultaneously, understand customer needs identifying new sales and new customer opportunities, to increase sales revenue and customer base.
- Achieve all sales targets set by the company, including annual, monthly, promotional, product, account, drive lines and initiatives, to drive business forward.
- Experience in a field sales role (desirable)
- B2B sales experience (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Good basic knowledge of IT (Experience in Microsoft programmes, Excel, Word etc)
- Full UK driving license (essential)
- A competitive annual salary
