A fast-growing transport & logistics services business is hiring a driven B2B Business Development Manager. This role is built for sales professionals who want high earnings, autonomy, and clear progression.
🔥 The Role
* Win new B2B clients selling services & solutions (not products)
* Build and own your pipeline through proactive outreach
* Meet clients face-to-face, by phone, and online
* Close deals, grow accounts, and maximise commission
🎯 What They’re Looking For
* Proven B2B sales experience (services sales strongly preferred)
* Transport/logistics experience highly advantageous
* Confident closer with a consultative sales approach
* Target-driven, resilient, and hungry to earn
