New Sales Account Manager – Electric Vehicle and Oasis customers
Salary: £40,000 plus commission, car scheme and a fantastic benefits package
Working Hours: 40 per week, Monday to Friday
Location: Covering the South-Central region (Abingdon, Heathrow, Banbury, Southampton, Fareham and Swindon).

An opportunity to join Scania as a key member of our dedicated team of regional Account Managers. You will be at the heart of Scania GB’s growth, specialising in the sale of new trucks to Oasis customers (customers who may not have worked with Scania before/heard from Scania in a long time) as well as customers looking for an Electric Vehicle.
You will enjoy identifying, contacting and building relationships with prospective customers, as well as collaborating with colleagues throughout the network to ensure Scania deliver the very best service possible. A desire to pro‑actively meet with customers, going out of your way to ensure you understand their needs is an essential aspect of this exciting role.
In this role you will:- Pro‑actively identify, contact and meet with prospective customers throughout the South‑Central region.
- Understand the needs of our customers and prospective customers, going out of your way to ensure they are presented with the best option available, becoming a trusted source of guidance to both Oasis customers and customers looking for an Electric Vehicle.
- Work with the broader regional teams to deliver an exceptional service at every stage of the sales process.
- Work with excellent attention to detail, keeping order books and multiple systems up to date, ensuring customer information is accurate and live.
- Promote the Scania brand values at every opportunity and ensure a quality customer focus is maintained
- Drive to meet and exceed sales targets through prospecting, relationship building and negotiation.
- Trustworthy – operating with integrity in all they do.
- Tenacious – determined to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Organised – able to manage your time and workload effectively, comfortable working independently, your drive, self‑motivation, and organisation will enable you to manage your time to its optimum.

- Experienced – experience within a sales environment is essential.
