As a leading manufacturer and supplier of products that are used daily in healthcare, the Medication Delivery Solutions (MDS) team provide a wide range of products for injection and infusion therapy, regional anaesthesia and closed medication management.
Main Responsibilities Will Include- Drive sales growth and market share of the BD Medication Preparation & Delivery (MP&D) Portfolio, including IV sets, Needle free Connectors, Hypodermic and core products.
- Engage across all areas of the hospital—from ward-level to leadership to drive successful implementation and growth of the BD Medication Preparation & Delivery (MP&D) portfolio.
- Leverage clinical and product knowledge to advance sales opportunities aligned with customer needs.
- Understand customer needs and drivers to build strong, mutually beneficial relationships, positioning BD as the partner of choice.
- Proactively develop and implement territory plan for sustainable, long-term sales success, reviewing and altering in line with BD MP&D strategy & direction.
- Follow account management plan by area growth, focusing on targeted accounts and groups within the region.
- Conduct and manage product trials & in-service process as part of account conversion.
- Work effectively with the Regional Business Manager, Inside Sales & Marketing team to maximize business potential.
- Collaborate closely with BD MDS VAM, BD MDS Clinical and BDX teams to drive growth in accounts.
