So, you’re a proactive people person ready to be the friendly face our stores need? Sounds like you’d be a great fit here. So, if you’ve had previous optical experience as an Optical Advisor or Dispensing Assistant, this Optical Assistant role could be perfect for you.

As an Optical Assistant, you’ll use your passion for the Specsavers brand, products and services alongside your incredible customer service skills, to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team. We'd love for the right candidate to join us and progress, with support, into Management too!

Our busy and vibrant store is conveniently located on Above Bar Street, in the heart of Southampton, and has fantastic transport links. Our warm, friendly and inclusive team of experts are ready and waiting to meet you and provide all the support you need as well as great training and development opportunities.
