We are seeking a friendly and professional Temporary Dealership Host to join the team on an immediate basis. This role is key to delivering an outstanding first impression and supporting the smooth running of the dealership during a period of temporary cover.

• Greet all customers and visitors in a professional, warm, and friendly manner.
• Qualify sales customers and introduce them promptly to the appropriate Sales Executive.
• Host service and parts customers and offer refreshments where appropriate.
• Ensure all visitors sign in and receive visitor badges.
• Log sales customers in the showroom system to support CRM compliance.
• Assist with basic administrative duties, including handling mail (opening, date stamping, franking, and logging).
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment in line with company and health & safety policies.
• Carry out additional duties as required to support the team.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Organised with attention to detail and able to manage tasks efficiently.
• Full, clean driving licence (desirable).
