Key Responsibilities:

As a Chef de Partie, you will play a vital role in the kitchen team. Your responsibilities include:

Overseeing your allocated section in the kitchen
Assisting with prep and service alongside a team of 10 Chefs/KPs
Supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef with menu design and development
Contributing to the overall success and growth of the property

Ideally experienced in a busy hotel kitchen (not essential)

A driver, due to limited public transport in the area
